Codex Gmail Manager · Privacy Policy · Terms of Use · Contact
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These Terms of Use apply to Codex Gmail Manager, a private Gmail organisation tool operated by Danny Goh.
Who may use it
- The tool is for personal use only, by the operator and individually authorised users. It is not a public service and has no public registration.
- You must own each mailbox you connect, or have the owner’s permission.
- Each mailbox requires its own separate Google authorisation.
Your responsibilities
Review the permissions requested, any changes proposed, and the results of each action. Only request actions you intend to perform.
Filters and mailbox changes
- Filters affect future mail. Creating a filter does not automatically apply it to existing messages.
- A configuration backup is taken before filters are added, but there is no automatic rollback. If an operation fails partway, additions made before the failure can remain in place.
AI results
AI summaries and classifications can be wrong or incomplete. Verify important information before relying on it.
Email content is treated as reference data only. Instructions contained in an email are not authority for the tool to perform actions.
Availability
The tool is provided as available, with no guarantee of uptime or error-free operation. It depends on the operator’s local computer, Google APIs and ChatGPT/Codex, and can stop working if any of them are unavailable or change.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Stopping use
You can stop using the tool at any time and revoke its access at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Changes already made to your mailbox remain until you change them separately.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what data the tool accesses, how it is shared, stored and retained, and how to request removal.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the tool changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
